it seems that when my Hotmail was upgraded nothing moved I cant access Hotmail sends me to outlook I have sent emails to my Hotmail account but they don't go to outlook. if I try to access Hotmail it says someone else is using my account then sends me to outlook where there is nothing. ive filled out form they say im not including enough information try again. if I call they wont let me talk to anyone they keep saying change password and then its goodbye. someone please help I really need to get back into my Hotmail account!!!!

When I go back into my account settings, all my aliases have disappeared and (despite being told I would be able to login with my Hotmail address), I can't log in with the Hotmail address...
Is there any way I can switch back?
(And why do I have to switch to Chrome or Firefox to post from my Windows 8 Surface Pro?? Why won't the damn buttons work in Windows 8 with IE??)
