Hello

 

Live.com wanted me to put in a code number,  unfortunately I left it till I had used my last login without the password.    so when I asked for the code it wouldn't let me log in to my account (as I had used my last chance).  There was no other option only 'I don't use this account anymore' so I ended up using that.  big mistake as then I got a message saying my account would be closed on 4th November 2013.    I do use this account (all the time) and cannot have it closed down.

I have Microsoft Outlook 2010 and since the swich over I cannot receive my hotmail in my hotmail account in outlook. I have all our email accounts in ms outlook 2010, but since the change over, I can only view my Hotmail mail by logging in to Outlook.com. Help?

Hotmail messages not saved on server

I have several Hotmail accounts that I have configured in Outlook 2007 (with the latest version of Communicator) on my home computer. When I'm at home, I check these accounts via Outlook; when I'm at work, I check these account via the Internet. Everything has been working fine until about a week ago. Now, if I check my mail in Outlook on my home computer, those messages are only accessible in Outlook; If I check my mail online, I can only see those messages online. I suspect one of the following:
(1) messages are not being left on the server, so whichever client (e.g. Outlook or web client) downloads a message first, that's the only place the message is accessible or viewable.
(2) Outlook is not syncing properly with my Hotmail account/servers.
I've repaired Outlook 2007 and uninstalled/reinstalled communicator. If I can't get this fixed, I'm probably going to abandon Outlook and Hotmail and move to my Gmail account.
Any and all help is appreciated.

Outlook can send mail via hotmail but it will not receive messages

I am having problems with Outlook retrieving messages from hotmail. I have deleted and re-installed outlook connector. I have tried deleting the account and setting it up as a new account. It will send messages but not retrieve messages. I have no problem on mobile devices. I have 4 mailboxes setup in outlook. My company .com email, gmail, hotmail and a comcast.net account, It was working fine until a few weeks ago. Any Ideas. Thanks 

My backup account is deleted and I forgot my Hotmail password

I haven't been on my Hotmail e-mail in months and had forgotten the password. I tried numerous times to get into my account and ended up having the account temporarily blocked.

 

 I tried to have to recover my password through my backup account. The problem is, my backup account is a Yahoo e-mail address that hasn't been logged into for over 12 months. Yahoo now deletes accounts that have been inactive for that long.

 

I used the other option that asked for the Hotmail user's name, DOB, e-mail contacts, etc. I haven't received any help and it's been over three days now. I don't know what else to do, please help me. Thank you.

Why cann’t messages be sent by Hotmail?

Sometimes when I try to sent emails I get messages such as :


        Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (henryjdarrell) account.

        Subject 'Fw: update'
        Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80048820


        Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (sdarrellag) account.

        Subject 'Explanation of non-competivie eligiblity, age discrimiation'
       Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20007


What do these error messages mean?  Why can't messages be sent or received?


I use a HP  G62-43OUS Notebook with Windows 10 and an IBM Thinkpad T42 with Windows XP Professional.


Any help would be appreciated,

Outlook not working. Can’t send or receive email. AARGH!

Every time I try to send an email, Hotmail says it's saying "sending" and never seems to finish.  However, if I close out of Hotmail and check my sent messages, I can see the message was sent.  When I send email to outlook from my yahoo account it now goes into spam. Other contacts sending me email goes into spam too! Very frustrating!!!  How do I fix this?

Sur le compte ua******@hotmail.fr perte de contacts et d'informations rajoutées sur contacts déjà existants en mars 2013.

Date constatée perte contacts mardi 24 septembre 2013 post installation app outlook.

Merci de restaurer les informations perdues.

NB lors de connexion sur Outlook sur PC fixe affichage du message "un problème a été détecté" / calcul du nombre de contact différent avec un ecart de 9 contacts.
Il y a eu plus d'informations saisies entre juillet/août 2013 que avril/mai 2013. Le plus grand volume d'informations a été saisies en juillet (surtout en notes).

Ces contacts créés et contacts déjà créés puis enrichis ont servi à l'échange de courriels par l'intermédiaire de hotmail configuré en compte entreprise (exchange) sur nexus 7.
A 99 % les utilisations de ce compte hotmail ont été éxécutées sur tablette en connexion wifi.
Les connexions wifi étaient publiques de mars à avril-mai puis la connexions wifi hotspots SFR depuis début mai (7 ou 8 mai) et non sur odinateur fixes (1%) depuis mars 2013.

Hi. There has been at least 2 weeks that I try to remove a Calendar entry from Hotmail (Live) and it keeps giving me that a "Calendar error has occured. Try again later".

 

Any solution to that?
