It archived most of my high school chat and valuable memories. I am in disbelief to know that such thing has happened...
I STILL do not receive my hotmail emails on my iphone 4s.
first it started with some randomly not coming through however now it just doesnt work. I have tried deleting the mail fromy my phone and setting it all up again but it doesnt work.
PLEASE HELP. I am having to switch ALL my emails to Yahoo. SO FRUSTRATING!!!! fix it already please?
(it is so ironic that there is a box below this post which needs to be ticked to be notified when someone responds to this post. I am assuming the notification will be through email. Great.
When I tried to sign in today 8th November 2013, I was redirected to Outlook.com don't have any Hotmail emails.
There could have been possible inactivity on the account but that doesn't mean you would clear the entire data from my inbox. You could have archived the data and suspended the account for inactivity. None of that has happened. There was no warning sent to my secondary email address as well.

I have 2 hotmail accounts. #1 account I have had for a while. All of the emails are gone from #1 account. I did not open an Outlook account. My Hotmail address is still the same except it opens in Outlook. Do I need to open a Outlook.com acct to retrieve my Hotmail emails? I last logged on to my hotmail account just days ago. Inactivity should not be the problem.

Hi, I've recently bought a new laptop and it's automatically taking me to outlook as my new email account when I type in Hotmail.com it is taking me to an empty inbox in outlook and won't open up my old Hotmail inbox anywhere? Any help much appreciated as need to read my old emails..!
