Like to get my Hotmail email account titled J42Smith reactivated. I use it for my hospitalization insurance and other medical accounts and just found I am unable to sign in to it.
Outlook asked where to send my security code and had a yahoo account number in the window. I clicked next thinking I could go ahead and check my hotmail email. The next thing up said that my code had been sent to this yahoo account thatI don't have??????????
Does someone someone else now have this code?
Since yesterday (14th August 2013) I have been unable to get access to my Email account On both my Apple devices and also my Laptop. All day there was a announcement stating there was a problem then it was fixed for a short time and now its gone again.
This is beyond a joke as people need their Email accounts for work and other things. Since moving from Hotmail into Outlook it has gone down hill fast. This problem needs sorting ASAP so we can all be connected again.

to verify data about her account, emails she sent, security questions etc. We used my hotmail email as an alternative email for a recovery and password reset link to be sent to.
Within minutes I received the password reset link.
Again entered a new password and then tried to log in. only to receive the same error message.
You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect email address or password.
PLEASE HELP - Extremely frustrated and annoyed at the time the is taking and that access after more than two hours of messing has still not been obtained.
Please also confirm what has caused this to happen in the first place as my mother believes she did not enter her password too many times - when it first initiated the fault and is worried that it might have been compromised.
It has been more than 24 hours and I still cannot get my hotmail email on my iphone. It says server unavailable. Is there something I need to do to restart access to the mobile server? Please help!
My hotmail email is working on my computer. When i put it into a smartphone it is not working.
I have set it up with exchange settings which is

m.hotmail.com
I have other hotmail emails and set it up on my iphone and it is working as soon as i put my email in it isn't working.
Again i type it into my Computer and it will login. When i type it into my iphone it doesn't work.
I also tried it on my friends smartphone and it wasn't working either!
THE PHONE VERIFIES THE PASSWORD IS CORRECT BUT WHEN IT TRIES TO CONNECT TO THE INBOX IT FAILS!
Is there someone i can call in microsoft to check the status of my account as it seems that there is an issue.
On my phone i can go into the browser and login using the hotmail.com website. Which is the same as my friends phone aswell.

How do I link my outlook email to my old Hotmail account and get back the emails that I have stored in my old Hotmail account.

Outlook did NOT ask me where to save my OLD EMAIL. I have read myriad of same problems from other community members and tried ALL the suggestions to retrieve OLD HOTMAIL email to NO AVAIL. I need a forum moderator to privately access my outlook email to
address this question on a more SERIOUS level.
I want to cancel my hotmail account/terminate my hotmail email account and have been unable to do so after multiple attempts. I have followed instruction posted in multiple other threads with no luck. I have verified I have no active accounts and cannot
terminate my billing option as requested. Multiple spam emails continue to go out to my contact list (even though I've deleted every email folder and deleted my contact list). I have already reset my password multiple times etc. I do not use my hotmail
address and would like help closing it permanently and immediately. Please contact me back via private message so I can provide whatever info you need and follow whatever instructions you have to make this happen as soon as possible. Thanks you.

I have a paid version of Hotmail that I changed it's name to Outlook. When I check the account name the alias name is there. I don't see my original Hotmail email account.
Now, I created another email under Outlook however it is also saying it is an Alias, but of what email?
My issue is, I like to keep my new Hotmail/outlook primary email and I like to disengage the secondary alias I had created under Outlook.
It seems that the secondary email is sending all incoming mail to my primary. Both appear to be aliases as I mentioned before. How can I disconnect them from each other? will deleting the second alias will unlink both? I which this was a phone call or a chat cause it would be easier to explain.
Please help?
