iPhone and iPad constantly prompt for incorrect password

Hi Sir/Madam,

My iPhone and iPad recently always prompt for password re-entry. This problem can be solved every time whenI login the PC hotmail account and going back to my iOS devices and reconfigure by

General -> Mail Setting -> Re-enter the password into the hotmail account

However, I need to do this procedure and setup from time to time and it's very annoying. The prompt incidences has increased recently from once every two weeks to twice every week.

I'm afraid my account is being hacked with too many errors on password entries that's why hotmail account requires me to login in the account from time to time from PC directly.

Please assist. Thanks.

Password lost and hotmail team will not send link to reset it even though they have sent link to reset before on the 22/August/2013

Hi Community

My hotmail account Password has been lost because it was stored on my mobile phone which is now broken and I cannot access the password that was stored on it and hotmail support team will not send link to an alternate hotmail and google email address to reset it even though they have sent link before to my gmail email address to reset it when I had forgotten it as it was not written down in a notebook.

I still have the email that they sent to my gmail account on 22/August/2013 as proof that they reset my hotmail address on my oldest hotmail account back then.

I have filled in the forms about 4 times and submitted them to the hotmail support team but have gotten an automated response that they cannot send link to reset the password on my original and oldest hotmail account which has got a lot of emails.

Folders, Old emails

On the 3^rd of September 2013 all my folders and old emails from my Hotmail account were deleted. Is it possible to retrieve my deleted folders from your archives ?

HI! Ever since Sunday when Outlook took over my Hotmail account, I haven't received any e-mails.

And, all the e-mails that I had in my Hotmail account are gone.

The other problem I have is that almost all my folders from my Hotmail account are gone.

Only 2 came through on my Outlook account, and they were empty. They had a lot of information in all my folders, and they are all gone.

How do I get all that info back? It's very important and I really need it back!

I have a hotmail account and I haven't been able to receive emails for nearly a week! I've been checking back with this forum and have seen comments that it was corrected. This is not true. It's been nearly a week, and nothing...I am a paid subscriber, if this continues I be forced to switch to a provider with better customer service... Does anyone have any updates ?

My Hotmail account was hacked, presumably for the use of spamming, and I cannot get back in. The phone number on the account is no longer able to receive texts or calls, and I've tried filling out the form many times. I've been hung up on countless times by Microsoft phone support, and have been dismissed and ignored through email. I need to get access to this account back as soon as possible. Who do I need to get in contact with to remedy this situation, as I have become more than frustrated?

My Hotmail account was hacked about a year ago so I tried numerous times to close it but eventually gave up. I was informed by friends that they were still receiving spam messages from me so obviously I need to resolve this issue. I tried Deactivating my account and then closing it, but somehow I can still get in it and the "hacker" tried to change my password again so I had to recover it and change it yet again. Please help me and let me know how I can go about closing this account, this is quite frustrating that after a year, I still cannot close a compromised account.

I have a Hotmail account and I have an Outlook account, and I have Vista. When I am trying to use links to send an email message, I am confronted with a Windows Live box, displaying my hotmail account, yet I can't send or receive. I was under the impression that Hotmail was interchangeable with Outlook, yet now I don't seem to be able to access Hotmail at all. I now find out that Vista does not support Windows Live. Yet these are important contacts I'm trying to make (as in, finding work). What is the account that will allow me to get through to the employer using a link (as in Craigslist and my state job board)?
I hope there is an answer, as this is not only frustrating but prevents me from getting work. Thank you.
