Lately I have problem sending email to hotmail account

Hi, recently I sent 2 emails to my daughter in Australia via her Hotmail account but I received messages from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as follow:

"Delivery has failed to these recipients or Groups:

xxxxxxxxx@yahoo.com - ???????????

A communication failure occurred during the delivery of this message. Please try to resend the message later. If the problem continues, contact your helpdesk."

I am wondering why it quoted as Yahoo.com instead Hotmail.com?   Furthermore, I telephone to my daughter and she told me that she has actually received that 2 emails I've sent.   Thus, this Postmaster message really annoying me and also makes me feel unsecured whether my mails actually reach the recipient.

I would be grateful if someone can help and advise me how to solve the problem.

Many thanks in advance.

Steve from SG.

Hotmail Emails Missing

To Whom It May Concern (or anyone who will help):

I am an irregular, but long-time Hotmail user. When I attempted to log in to my Hotmail account today, I discovered that my account was changed to an Outlook account and all of my Hotmail emails are gone. They are not to be found under "Archive" or "Recover Deleted Messages".

I have used Hotmail as a secondary email account for some time now and never had this problem. Furthermore, I have used my Hotmail accounts for correspondence since 1999 and have some very important communication in my email archive. Who do I contact to recover my old emails?

I see that this question was asked before. Those discussions are locked. I need a personalized answer to my concerns, not some automated form letter.

Sincerely,

Beth

Help please – security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website’s address – Unable to save attachments from Hotmail

My Hotmail account has suddenly lost the ability to  save download attachments - documents/photos/anything to either my pc or my laptop.  I've tried my daughter's Hotmail account and it works fine so it appears specific to my Hotmail account rather than to the pc and laptop.

I get this message:

"The security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address.

I was concerned a while ago my account had been hijacked as I was receiving emails from my email address for Viagra and the rest into my spam folder - not from me!  I've reset my password countless times, run Malware Bytes as well as the Microsoft programme to sort this out but have since received another email from myself that I have not sent.  Also I now have the problem with the security certificate and not being able to download documents/photos - really need to be able to do this as I'm freelance and use my Hotmail account massively for work.

Help please, very gratefully received.

Thanks

ENCOUNTERING PROBLEMS ENTERING MY HOTMAIL ACCOUNT

23. August 2013 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: Hotmail Account, university graduate
Dear all,

Sorry to take up your precious time but I have exhausted all other possible options.

I am currently a university graduate and am currently applying for jobs, which means I am expecting to be contacted in the very near future.

This evening I attempted to access my hotmail account, without success of course. It requested that I fetch a code from a previous email address. As I enter the username and password of this previous email it again asks for another code (same message) but from an older email address. The problem is that the last email no longer exists. I attempted to fill in a questionnare concerning my second email, but I have not accessed it directly for a very long time inherently meaning that I was not capable of filling in most of the questions.

I do not know what to do as I cannot call customer service; telephone rates to the United States are extreme and I cannot afford such.

I would greatly appreciate any help you could give.

Simon.

Account does not exist?

Hi all,

I have a Hotmail account which has been deactivated since I haven't logged in it for too long. I found that the deactivated account is a part of the reserve domain. What I'm asking is if I could use the account name again? I am acknowledged that all data related to the account have been removed, but I just want to use the account name again. Is that possible?

Cheerz!

HOTMAIL ACCOUNT FILTERING OPTIONS SET TO EXCLUSIVE BUT STILL RECEIVING JUNK/SPAM MAIL

Like the title says, I had set my filtering options to exclusive months ago and this worked fine until yesterday when I started receiving junk mail in my inbox. I checked and refined my Safe Senders and  Mailing List and this was fine. But the problem still persists. I would like someone to take a look at my account and help me out.
