I had free trial version of office 365 home professional and then I purchased the yearly subscription. Now when I log in it says I have pending changes. When I click on the button to log in, it states servers are busy and try again. If I exit the application
I can log in from microsoft main page. This happens on the 2 computers I use with 365. When I go to my account it states in one part I have no office installed and then the next line it states I have 2 installed.
Hello, I just bought a download product of Office for Mac University 2011 yesterday which includes Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook. All program except outlook are installed perfectly. But when i opened my Outlook, it says that "This identity can
not be opened with tho aversion of outlook". I remember that one day before i purchased the office for mac university product from the website, i had download the free trial product for outlook that will last for a month. Does this problem occurred because
the free trial product of outlook is still on my macbook? because i already throwed the stuff (outlook free trial) to the trash icon.
But when i see the product identification number of my outlook, it is the same number with the word,excel and also powerpoint.
Does anybody know how to solve this? because i can not find the email address for online support for office for Mac. Thank you in advance for your help..
