please if Vivien_M or any forum moderators are reading please send me a working link so i can fill in the eform and report my email hacking. 
Vivien_M has locked my previous thread so i cannot contact her that the link does not work, so i apologise if this question does not fully fit in with this category.

outlook.com imap, getting error 9

Hi, the forum moderators have suggested I create a thread for my own instance of this issue.  like many others, I've been getting an "error 9" for outlook.com imap intermittently.  Please let me know what I should do next.
