I have had to take my pc back to factory settings and although much is now ok I cannot access my Windows Live email. so I installed Outlook Express. It tells me I am installed but wont allow me to log in. It asks for a Microsoft ID which I don't know.

Since the outages on mon and tues January 2013 I have not been able to access my hotmail acct via my andriod phone. I have done everything i can do outside of resetting my phone back to factory settings to fix the issues, it for erver stays in loading and it will not send out as well. I did dl microsoft+7 and tried that as well and got an error code 100.
can into hotmail from browsers ??? no change when started computer went funny had to go back to factory settings, on messenger click on acess mail in box or help logo oting hapens
