Family Report not accurate

I have used family safety filter for quite awhile and it does what it says it will do however I find that the web reporting is not accurate.
As an example I am consistently getting a weekly report of my childrens activities and it shows Facebook as being the #2 most used website each week despite neither of them having an account and it being blocked by Family Safety. To test I created a new account on the family PC and only had my children use the new one. Despite that the report shows their other accounts as having traffic to Facebook and other sites when they have not. There is something wrong with the reporting functionality. I can provide a report for review. I do not want to accuse my kids of something based on inaccurate information.

Duplicate email address

I attempted to change my email address on Facebook only to have an error stating there was already a Facebook account using that email account. Curious I went through the forget password process and received the email but it was addressed to a Bonnie Jayne Griffin and I am Bonnie Jayne Dewhurst. I have since received a bank statement addressed to her and a couple of other emails. I am wondering how many emails she has received that were addressed to me. I'm not sure how this has happened as I have read the community questions and answers relating to duplicate email addresses and know the reply I will get will most likely be that it is not possible to have a duplicate email address with another person as the system isn't supposed to allow it but I can assure you it is happening.

Exact issue
1. No contacts from Facebook appear online
2. Facebook chat is set to OFF
3. Turning it ON again sets it to OFF
4. Reconnecting by every possible means to FB doesn't fix this.

contacts sync issue

I have similar problem - all accounts linked correctly (Hotmail, Facebook), but LinkedIn.
It started not so long ago, maybe 3-4 weeks.
(All Ln contacts are OK at Outlook.com)

Could anyone help or suggest some solution?

Force outlook stop showing facebook picture.

Like many others user I have the same issue, when I send an email it show my ex facebook's profile picture (I closed my facebook account). I HAVE NEVER VINCULATE THEM, there was no vinculation right now, there's nothing I can do. If you tick the option Don't show public content from third-party networks. It won't show the picture when I READ the emails, no when I send them. I have read many topics about this and in april Microsoft didnt give a solution, I thinks its time to solve this issue. I use my email for work and It should be serious, not with facebook pictures.

Live.com OAuth Permissions Page Cannot be Scrolled on Android Devices

Hello!

I am developing an Android app that uses a WebView to go through the OAuth flow to access some data from Hotmail / Live.com accounts. 

The issue I have is that the "Permissions Page", where the user sees the permissions my app wants to access cannot be scrolled so the user does not see all the info shown in the page:

I use OAuth for Google, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn... and the same WebView works fine. Mention that this error only happens in this "Permissions page", the page where the user enters their user/password works fine (prior to this one). 

This error is present in other apps, such as IMO, and probably many others, and I do believe that it is an error with the page served by Microsoft.

Is this a known issue? Is there a known workaround for this?

Outlook.com is not working for Facebook Chat, chatting always asking "To send a message, turn on Facebook chat'
i tried so many times no use of, Screenshot is attached. i need your help please do needful....
