A stranger's facebook picture has appeared to be linked to my email profile and appears in all my outgoing emails - I don't have a facebook account but the stranger and I share the same forname and surname - how can I get rid of the picture? Why has this
happened?

Please kindly help me as my hotmail account has been hacked, deleted and now appear to not exist anymore. No matter how many times I've tried to recover using the recovery page provided on microsoft website for compromised hotmail account it always tells me that my microsoft account never exists :(
My hotmail account that has been hacked is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and I have been using that account since 2005, can you imagine how many important e-mails in my inbox and outbox are and that account has also been linked to my facebook,, blackberry id, linkedin.com, and other important personal devices and websites.
It happened yesterday morning when suddenly I cant logged in to my facebook account using my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which is the primary e-mail address attached to my facebook account and at the same time I received several notifications sent to my alternate e-mail address from the facebook team informing me that I have requested to change my password using my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** while I never did that and it took seconds for the hacker to removed my secondary e-mail address attached to my facebook account where the notifications also sent to my secondary e-mail address. As soon as I felt something had gone wrong, I tried to log in to my facebook account using my mobile phone number which thanks God I had linked to my facebook account last year, soon after the facebook team sent me a pass code thru SMS to my mobile phone number I managed to gain access to my facebook account, to my suprise, the hacker had changed the primary e-mail address attached to my facebook account with his e-mail and had randomly chatted with my facebook friends asking them to transfer a sum of money, It's really crazy and awful day yesterday. I soon recovered my compromised alternate e-mail address attached to my facebook account and changed it became my primary e-maill address attached to my facebook account and deleted the hacker e-mail address that was attached as primary e-mail address on my facebook account.
However I cant recover my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** until now which was supposed to be my primary e-mail address attached to my facebook acount, I had submitted a report yesterday to Microsoft support team and got a ticket number 1220016140 and got several replied from them but none of them can solve my problem until finally the refer me to this page as they said Microsoft Support Moderators are more capable of handling my case. At first they thought I might have forgotten my own e-mail address, or mistyped it but after I showed them a screen shoot of the e-mail sent by facebook which was sent to my alternate e-mail address that informed me that I have requested a password change using my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** they realized that my address is not mistyped or I have forgotten my id which is impossible as I am using it on daily basis and received push e-mails from that account on my blackberry device daily.
Please moderators kindly restore my account back and all the contents, lots of important information for me inside. Tell me what should I do, I am very willing to cooperate to prove that I am really the owner of *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

My hotmail account has been hacked, I have tried the on line recovery form but the security question has been changed by the hacker and this means the on line recovery will not work. I spoke to the support team and was provided with a link but this returned
an internal server error. The best the support guys could come up with was wait 6 hours and it may work, I am not hopeful.
In the meantime the account has been used to amend my Facebook account and I have no idea what else I am happy for the account to be disabled deleted or recovered but I really need to know it is no longer in the hands of a hacker with access to personal
information.
Any help you can offer would be much appreciated.

The email in question is one of my @hotmail.com alias (in hotmail, you can add several email aliases). Recently, I got some facebook's new account confirmation emails. Without me confirming that email, I later got a number of facebook's friend request
for that account. It's seems that someone else using my email alias to open a facebook account and he can successfully confirmed his account with my email.
I keep getting his facebook activities coming to my email for a week so I decided to reset that facebook password and login to his account. I found that he is using my email alias as his primary email in his facebook account. I tried to post on his wall
let him know he is using the same (or wrong) email but still no response from him so far.
Today, I got a new gmail account confirmation email originate from the same person/email.
At first, I thought he input wrong email by typos. But after seeing that his facebook account can be created as well as gmail account, I suspect that there might be something wrong with hotmail alias system. Like accidentally allow duplicated email address
be created?

I am trying to delete this account. I click on close account and I get a page that reads - server is not responding, try again in a few minutes- this has been going on for days now!!!! Why will Hotmail not allow me to delete the account. I believe this
