Redirected e-mails disappears

About two weeks ago, the volume of spam on my outlook.com account significantly decreased. There was nothing wrong with it but it turned out that many of the e-mail (also important) doesn’t go to my inbox nor the junk folder. They just disappear.

I know that because I use mail redirection from external account and I can see that e-mails there. Not all messages disappear, it's about 8 of 10. Lost e-mails weren't marked as spam on external account.

What about that?

I have been experiencing this problem for the last 15 days where I am not able to receive any emails but am able to log in to my account and also send emails. I am not using any local email clients to download the email. I am going to the website directly (www.hotmail.com) to sign in to my account.

When I send emails from external account i get some errors like as follows

1. 550 Host unknown

2. Technical details of permanent failure: DNS Error: Domain name not found

Please note that my domain name was originally setup by microsoft and thereafter it has moved to another provider. I have already called them and got confirmation that everything with respect to my domain name is fine.

This is an urgent issue as I am using this for my business. Kindly look in to this as early as possible.
