My case is that I want to retrieve my hacked account/blocked so I asked for a manual validation so I got a reply by email on 9/8/2013
my case under the id : SRX1215514573ID

so I have been asked to I provide info like the ip address, last passwords.etc

and I did!  I provided same info to  Windows Live Global Escalations Team on 06/30/2013  and they did Verify me as the owner and they did send me a password reset link !!!

so after the same  info I provide  I got this reply

so explain to ME how can this escalation agent telling me that the info doesn't match on the account past and present and I send the same info on 6/3/2013 to   Windows Live Global Escalations Team  and and I did succeeded to the validation process??

I mean he asked if i can provide the passwords since the creation of the account so how can this be not matched ?? and then the   Windows Live Global Escalations Team  telling says congrats you proven your owner ship??


is this escalation agent not doing his job properly or he what ? I dont understand , can anyone check please with this case 

and explain how  Windows Live Global Escalations Team verify me as the owner then an escalation agent says otherwise? 

Why can't I access my emails? I was told my account was hacked, told to change passwords, told to contact the global escalations team, told there was a terms of use violation, and to report the abuse but never got a response? Why can't I access my email for 48 hours like the terms say? I've changed passwords multiple times and have spent hours on the phone with microsoft people. This is so frustrating! Its been a month and no reply from the abuse team. Your mission statement speaks of helping people and providing accessibility... I'm waiting!
