I am not able to access my email (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) due to getting an error message "Please sign out of Office 365".  My computers are not loaded with Office 365; therefore, I do not know how to log out of it!  Any suggestions?
I am getting this error message on my Skydrive. I checked the status of all services and everything is showing normal. I have tried to sync from multiple OSs and browsers (Mac/Safari/Chrome, Win7/IE9, WinPhone8, iPad/Safari) and none of the devices are syncing.

I have files parked on all my devices and can't share them because of this issue. This is killing my productivity as I have resorted to moving files via email.

All the support entries I have checked so far had to involve someone from support take a look at the affected person's account. Can someone from support please take a look at my account?

Thanks!

I am having the same error message suddenly come up saying this account cannot be used with outlook because I am currently signed into 365.  I have read through and tried all the suggestions.  As far as I can tell this has been an ongoing problem and Microsoft does not appear to know how to fix it.  This is unacceptable.  It is absolutely imperative that I can access my email account asap as very important, time-sensitive information is waiting for me.  PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Can't send emails to people I work for.  Been sending them reports for the past year but the last 4 emails I sent to the got an error message.  All their emails end in unitcorp.com.  Need help ASAP.  Don't want to lose my job because of hotmail.
Hello,
I am attempting to enable 2-factor security on my account (the account I am posting this message from).
Unfortunately I am getting an error message stating that
"Can't turn on two-step verification

Before you can turn on two-step verification, you need to unlink your linked Microsoft accounts"

When I click on the "Manage Linked Accounts" button provided I am then given the error message "The page is unavailable or no longer exists"

Can you please confirm how I am to unlink my accounts so that I can enable 2-factor security?

Regards,

Anthony

I get this error message. It happened a few months ago and I had to go into the programs to fix it. I don't remember how to do this. It seems weird how this keeps happening. It worked fine yesterday morning. I was gone all day and last night I went to check my mail and this is the error message I got. Help please.

Original title: Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (tmccoy_14) account

Hello All,

since couple of days, I am not able to retrieve my emails from my Hotmail account. The error message is " We can't connect to Outlook right now. Please try again later."

I am connected to Internet and also cleared the browsing history. Still I get the same error.

It is so much frustrating to spend such a lot of time to read my emails.

Please help.

Regards,

Seshu

The host 'SMTP' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'HTTP', Server: 'SMTP', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

This is what I get when sending an e mail with Outlook. How do I fix this???? UHG!!  How do I verify that the server name is correct??? THANKS

I am upgrading laptops and have a clean install Win 7 Pro with IE 10.  Haven't done anything fancy with the security on it.  I have tried to login to Skydrive and get a message thus:

This page can't be displayed
  • Make sure the web address https://skydrive.live.com is correct.
  • Look for the page with your search engine.
  • Refresh the page in a few minutes.
  • Make sure TLS and SSL protocols are enabled. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Settings > Security
  • Check that all network cables are plugged in.
  • Verify that airplane mode is turned off.
  • Make sure your wireless switch is turned on.
  • See if you can connect to mobile broadband.
  • Restart your router.

So, I tried the TLS & SSL to include versions not included in the previous build (IE 8), but to no avail.

Then tried clicking the Fix connection problem button and get the following:
Windows received an HTTP error message: 403 (Forbidden) from "skydrive.live.com"
Detected
Contact the owner of the remote site for permission
Completed
Windows can reach the site, but you do not have permission to access the content.
I then tried logging into Outlook online successfully, yet when I try to switch into Skydrive using the dropdown option, I get the same (first) error message.

I have even tried installing the PC Version 2013 (Build 17.0.2011.0627) - it never achieves login.

I have checked the service status online and it appears ok.  Any help greatly appreciated.
