I am trying to help my wife with her Charter e-mail account that she has been accessing through Windows Live Mail. She recently changed her password and now gets the following error message:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Charter (vab3) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

Server Error: 0x800CCC90
Server Response: -ERR [IN-USE] account is locked by another session or for maintenance, try again.
Server: 'mail.charter.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC92

Original title: User Name and Password error Message

Now that Microsoft in their "wisdom" has stopped letting me have my 2 email addresses linked (which is a huge pain and unnecessary), I'm thinking of combining the accounts as having the second email address as an Alias.

When I try I get the following error message "This email address is part of a reserved domain such as live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com. Please enter a different email address.". I have no idea what this means and how can I link them?

(I am also baffled on what the difference between "Mail" and "Outlook.com" are and the Topics aren't helpful either when creating this board, yet it insists on forcing me to pick one, so this could end up in completely the wrong area)
I am unable to send emails when using outlook for certain email addresses. (cablevision) I can recieve email. When I send an email I recieved the following error message. "Server error: '550 5.7.1  Your privileges to use the outbound Mail service have been suspended, error code 81". I have been in contact with the email provider and they stated that it is not their issue as I can send and recieve email via the web email option. Thank you for any advice.
Beginning yesterday, I can't send or forward emails. I'm using Windows Live Mail  on an HP Windows 7 Home Premium

Yesterday, I started getting error message Ox80004003.  I read one solution was to delete what was in my Outbox which I did. I no longer get the
error message.

Now when I try to send an email, I'm getting this message:

"A problem occurred while trying to open this message.  Please try again"

Can you help?  Thank you,
