When I try to sign in to my email, which I've been using for almost a decade it tells me this:
It looks like someone else might be using your account

To help you – and only you – get back into *email*, we need to verify that it's yours. 


It then asks me how I want to receive my security code, I picked the option to send it to my other email but I haven't got the email with the security code yet.

I keep getting the same error message as follows:

The connection to the server has failed.

These have always been the settings for this account, I have removed my anti-virus and re-installed it, used System Restore but all to no avail. Any suggestions and help would be appreciated.

Unable to send or receive messages for the xxx-xxxxxxx account.

I created a new Word test document and saved it in My Documents two days ago. It is not showing in My Skydrive folder nor on my skydrive cloud. There is no error message related to that document.  I do see ten files (Word and Excel) which cannot by sync'd to my skydrive account (though I have no idea why?) but the test document is not one of those ten.  Does the fact that for some reason (?) those ten files do not sync  stop further sycns from occurring until I resolve that problem?  And how would I resolve those ten files?
I cannot send emails with my Hotmail account. I keep getting an error message that my email address is not supported.  Can anyone tell me what I should do?
