I cannot remove my profile picture(s) from the Outlook mail app in Windows8. I was able to remove them from the desktop version but there is a profile picture for both of my aliases in the Mail app. One of them is from at least five years ago, I don't even remember adding the other. How can I get rid of these? it is annoying to say the least since there is absolutely no logical explanation for them being there or a simple way to remove them. I have searched the MS Community. I am not connected to any other accounts (Twitter, FB) except for Google. I have already chosen the option to disable third party linking.
Hi,

I had a word 2013 doc open from my desktop version of skydrive.
I am running windows 8 when the document disappeared. I was hoping that someone from Microsoft could take a look?

I would be happy to post details of the specific file offline.

Strangely I went to work today and an excel file also wasn't able to synch back to a work sharepoint site and i lost this after choosing not to keep the local cache of the document. When I went to sharepoint the spreadsheet opened blank.

Has my account been hacked by chance or did i simply move it somewhere by mistake and now I can't find it?

Nick

Hi,

I’ve recently started to use office 365, and would like to import my e-mails (and folders) from my desktop version of outlook 2013 to my outlook.com account, so that they’re synchronized.  Is this possible, and if so how do I import my e-mails to outlook.com?

Brgds,

Magne E.

As posted by AnaitteVaccaro asked on   my folders from Outlook disappeared.   Although I have access to the folders through outlook.com they aren't available in the desktop version.  The connection was failing for the past three days so  I deleted my accounts from outlook and configured them again, which worked perfectly besides the folders issue.

Thank you

Looking for help...cannot find an answer to this issue....

1.

Can you import and CSV file directly to Outlook.com Calendar?

If not,

2.

What settings are needed to pull from the desktop Outlook Calendar? I no longer use the computer based version of outlook but need to bring my school systems calendar into Outlook.com. They provide it in a CSV file.

I tried to bring it into my desktop version (which is otherwise empty) and then exporting it as an iCalendar File. I then tried to import that into Outlook.com Calendar...some items came in others did not. The ones that came in seem to have the fields confused. All appointments' subjects came up as "Busy" despite the correct mapping.

HELP!
