sometimes 65.54.190.34 can’t delivery mail to our mail address

Somtimes 65.54.190.34, 65.54.190.144, 65.54.190.227, 65.54.190.141, 65.54.190.216, 65.54.190.35 can't delivey mail to our email address at (Removed PII). But another mail addres can received.

Please help!!
