Can we give custom url for blog post posted by livewriter

I am new to blogging and found livewriter very useful as it various options. But the big problem for me is whenever i post some result, i can't set the custom url. 

Example, my post is SBTET Result. You can see that the url is bit long. I want it short. How to do it.

Hi, 

I want to make custom url for my domain email apps. I have kayfashions.in emails in outlook web app. I want to access my email ids through mail.kayfashions.in and also I want to increase my email id accounts for kayfashions.in. Kindly guide me and help me out. 

I want make custom url for my domain like mail.yourdomain.com (what the CName record I want to change) to any other things I need to do??
