1. I have contacts in my Windows Live Mail program on my laptop that are different than the contact list on the people.live people list. I think this is because I did not sign in to Windows Live when I used the Windows Live program on my laptop. If I
now sign in when I start Windows Live, will the contacts on my computer erase or override the contacts online or the otehr way aroung do do they get combined? The online contact list is the list I would like to use because it has some names that are not on
the list on my computer.

I recently used Carbonite to restore my files. I have a desktop with wireless modem/router combo which my wife's computer is connected to. Somehow my contacts now appear on her computer and her contact list is on mine. Not sure if hacked or not, but
how can I transfer her contacts to her computer and retrieve mine from hers.
I belong to an on line book club that sends out e-mails each day with a book excerpt. It is hosted thru the Naperville Library. I have belong to club for quiet some time, but for the last 6 months I'm having problems getting my e-mails. The address
is in my contact list. I have contacted the administrator (Dear Reader.com) and they have told me the e-mails are being kicked back to them. We have deleted my e-mail address from their site and re-added it and I will get the e-mails for a week or two and
than they will stop again. The last one I received was 12/5/13. They don't even end up in my junk folder, which would be OK with me. How do I get this fixed?

I am having an issue with receiving emails but only from particular sources. The senders are in my approved contact list and it has been confirmed that multiple emails have been sent. They are not being received in Junk folder as I have confirmed
this as well. The emails in question are critical.
I have reviewed all settings and the senders are NOT blocked, my junk mail settings would support the receipt of emails, sorting rules have been reviewed and reply to is correct.
As an aside is there a technical support email address as I have looked at what I believe would be an option but keep going around in circles. I'm looking for what use to be the equivalent of the 'Windows Live Team' (email response address which
is not a monitored address if you reply).

How do I create a contact list for my account only in Microsoft live mail--they keep showing up in our 2nd account.

I am using Windows 8.1 and Windows Live Mail. I used to be able to see my contacts list when I pressed the contacts icon at the lower left of the screen. Suddenly I cannot. The contacts still exist, because I can start a new email and type in a contact
and whichever one I type can be entered on the "To" line. If I then double click it, the contact info screen appears and I can see all the info. If I use the People icon on the start screen, I see a contact list, but it does not show recent changes. Did

I can not put a category from my contact list into a new message (cc or bcc) It sometimes sends one or two of the addresses but never the whole group. IT used to work fine.
