mail can not be sent.

error code: 17997

My Hotmail account is blocked and clicking unblock link just goes back to the blocked message. Help please!

When I try to login to my Hotmail.com account a message saying the account is blocked appears.

Clicking the "continue" button sends to a page with a link to the unblock procedure, but clicking this link just returns me to the "blocked" message ie: the link https://account.live.com doesn't seem to work.

Any ideas anybody?

I accidentally deleted several emails , Is there a chance that I may get them back?

I accidentally deleted several emails a couple days ago and I still can not retrieve them using  recover deleted messages button. Is there a chance that I may get them back?

My daughter and I both have hotmail accounts.  She sends me messages which I receive and reply to using the REPLY button.  She does not receive my replies.  I have tried sending messages to her without using the REPLY button, but she does not receive them.  How do I resolve this?  *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Unable to compose or reply to emails in Outlook 2011 after updating to OS X 10.8.2

Immediately after updating to OS X 10.8.2 I could not compose an email message in Outlook 2011. Same goes with Replying to an email. When I click on the "Email" button or "Reply" and "Reply All" button, nothing happens. Oddly enough I can create a new "Meeting" and I get the email message about the meeting but I can not create a new "Email Message" from the same dropdown.

Any help would be wonderful.
