To Microsoft Support,

This is my third post in the past few days. I need this change escalated immediately. I am a Certified Public Accountant with an accounting website. I purchased the domain name purserandassociates.com My last name is purser and my business name is Purser & Associates, P.C. This is negatively affecting my business as I have my email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** on my website and print materials and have not yet been able to create the account. There is Not inappropriate language in my domain name and I appreciate your immediate attention to resolving this matter as this is my 3rd request for this urgent matter to be taken care of. Please take in consideration that this is a very serious matter and I would appreciate having this issue resolved today.

Thank you for your attention and support to escalate this change immediately,

Kelly Purser

I have 15 email accounts all working in my one Outlook. Some are business and some are person. When ever I send or receive a reply the top of the reply email has "From:, Sent:, To:, Subject:".

The "From:" or "To:" always has my personal name (depending if I'm receiving or sending). When I send business emails I'd like it to have my business name or when I send an email for a different account I'd like it to have a different name. How do I make it so it doesn't always input my personal name?

In my account settings each email address has a different name and this name appears in the inbox, however it doesn't appear in the reply text within an individual email.
