I am unable to close my hotmail account.. it kicks me back to outlook, and than back to deactivate my hotmail...than to microsoft billing services, which i do not have.. i also called microsoft and they confirmd i do not have any billing services, and
that i should try this online forum.
can someone from microsoft please manually close my hotmail/outlook/microsoft accounts please, as this is very frustrating.

My hotmail says there is an Xbox membership (but it was never paid for it was a cancelled free memebership)
My live account has my Gold Xbox Membership which was cancelled and payment options removed (via calling Xbox Support)

But there isn't any billing affiliated with this account.

I am still trying to close my hotmail account and I can not when I get to that step to close it tells me to deactivate and check my billing services and when I do it then says I have no billing services. I would like to close ASAP please!

I have tried several times to delete my Hotmail account and keep getting sent to the screen that says I need to cancel billing services. I already have. Please, I want to cancel this account immediately due to that fact I no longer use it. Not to mention the weird spam.
