Problems with Microsoft account Policy – SkyDrive (metro version) not working

Hello,

After installing the Windows 8.1 does not work for me SkyDrive. When you try start apper the message "Sorry, there was a problem try again later." Trying to run the application Skydrive with bar on the desktop does not work also. I ran the tool for solving problems with your account, and got the message: ""Problems with Microsoft account Policy - not solve, "Authentication information is incomple - detected", "some settings have sync turned off - detected"

The situation is similar for the second profile! (I have two on this computer)

Other applications run normally - email application, shop etc.

What to do?

I need your help.

If I add Yahoo mail to outlook desptop application, does it then become a microsoft account ?

1. If I add my yahoo mail account to the Outlook desktop application, does that mean my yahoo mail is now a microsoft account ?
2. I have office 365 subscription. Does it permit me to download WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT programs so that I can wok on my laptop without the internet or it only permits me to use on browser ?

Why Outlook.com application on Google Play with version 7.8.2.11.48.4848 is not setting "in-reply-to" and "references" fields of message header when I replied a message via the application?

Is there any other header filed to identify parent messages of mail thread?

I cant access my email application on my windows 7 computer. I am using windows live mail and what is happening each time I'll access the application is that a small window will show for messages that are on progress or being executed or to make it short, if you're on the application itself and you will click the SEND/RECEIVE button, that window is just stuck on it. I did reboot computer and I didn't do anything at all on my PC so I don't know what is going on. I need to retrieve all my contacts back. Please send a reply. Thanks

Cannot import Outlook.com Calendar – What’s up with your URLs??

My family uses an application called Cozi (http://www.cozi.com) as a one stop shop for tracking everyone's schedule, grocery/shopping lists, household to-dos, etc.

I have recently made the big switch away from Google and have been SO happy with my decision..... until I started running into annoying issues syncing with anything outside of the Microsoft family. Such as my beloved Cozi. Grrr.

I am trying with zero success to import my new Outlook calendar into Cozi. I need the .ics link, which I found by going to the Share settings for my calendar, then selecting "Get a link", "Show event details", then "Import into other calendar applications (ICS)". I copied the provided link into my application to import the calendar, but Cozi is not recognizing it because the calendar URL begins with webcals:// instead of the standard http:// or https:// that EVERY OTHER WEB CALENDAR out there uses.

This isn't the first time I have been unable to import and view my Outlook.com calendar in another application because of your URL formats.

Is there any way around this??? Is there a way to get a standard https://-------------.ics URL for sharing my Outlook calendar???

August 14, 2014....I CAN NOT GET MY HOTMAIL ACCOUNT RESTORED
I have been able to switch accounts from my hotmail account to my live account for over a year now
..however on July 27th 2013 MSN cancelled this access system and closed my account and then wanted me to fill out an application showing what info I had been setup with on my Hotmail account.
I could not remember what all I had set up with this account years ago..and I tried as best I could to supply the all the info.
I got a email back to my gmail account on July 30, 2013 telling me I did not have enough correct info to reopen my hotmail account.
I called the help desk and got someone in India who could hardly speak English..but I was told to fill out the application even though I told the individual this did not work. And they will not help me because I do not pay for my hotmail account.
Since July 27, 2013....I have filed an application to restore my hotmail account several times but each time I get a message from MSN..
"we are unable to process your request at this time try again later"when I finish it says..sorry we can not complete this action at this time try again later."
I can not even apply now to get my hot mail account back something I have had for over 10 years with 1000's of emails I want access too. All I get is this damn message to try again later.

Can anyone suggest anything??

I have opened a new account and it works fine except I am missing all my email addresses still held in my hotmail account.

I use an Application which is meant for type-setting in an Indian Regional Language. Name of the App is 'Sangam'. It is well compatible with Windows XP. Now I've bought a Notebook PC with Windows-8 and encountered a problem installing and run the App. Kindly suggest a favourable remedy.
