I have a Live Mail working well with Hotmail (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) this goes to inbox

But I have an additional email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** all email to this I can read in Webmail at Company Vikenfiber.

Then the emails are directed to my Livemail account and now this will allways go into the garbage file.

(This two different email addresses had worked well for 2 years, but now the situation fault is as told over)

I have shut off all garbage protection, sett the email adress as validated, checed that it is not blocked , still problems

Have anybody an advice to me.

I’m not receiving the Account Recovery Email

Hi.
I'm having problems to recover an account. After a few tries and some submitted forms, the support team was able to confirm that I was the owner of my account (issue number 108647328). Since yesterday I'm waiting for the additional email with the reset link but the email just doesn't come.

I want to know if there's an issue with the recovery system or the problem is with the Windows Live Mail, because I'm able to receive other emails but not this particular one. Here is the last (automated) email from the support team:

Congratulations!
We have confirmed that you are the owner of ********@live.com. An additional email with a link to reset your password has been sent to this email address.

Thank you for your patience while we verified the information you submitted. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously, and we are committed to protecting your personal information.

What should I do now?

Adding work email to Outlook.com

We recently opened a new branch office, and I have an additional email. I do not have an actual inbox that I log in to check email, therefore, I do not have a password for the account. It is only an email address, and we must link it to an internet email in order to send/receive. I have added one in the past, but it has been many years. I am trying to add the new one, but it wants my email password for that account, which doesn't exist. How do I proceed?

Foreign Language and no emails

Two days ago I was asked to change my email password,so I did. While there I noticed an additional email that I did'nt add so I took it off and added an alternate email. I also noticed Tunisia on the language line so I changed it to English. I finished updating everything. Now when I go to hotmail I'm already signed in and everything is in a foreign language and I am not recieving any emails. Can you help get my hotmail back to the way it was, in English ?
