Today is 2/18/13. My hotmail/msn.com email account has a new look and I can’t open my inbox. Any thoughts?

I can sign into my msn.com email account. I see that I have emails in my inbox, but when I click on the inbox, nothing happens. The page is blank. I can't open any of the email folders I've created either.
