For the past 3 months or so I have not been receiving some emails (I use Hotmail via the web app). Some are replies to my email, some are the initial direct email to me. It sucks because it seems rather random but I can't get anyone at MS to give two **** about it. They keep forwarding me around to different departments who ask for things that make no sense. MS customer service blows. Anyone have any ideas?
