I was a user of that suite. I used to use Windows Live Writer and Windows Movie Maker. Windows Movie Maker was an ideal application to make simple videos and when you didn't require Adobe Premiere Pro for a video. The reason why I didn't like the idea of discontinuing Windows Essentials is the discontinuity of Windows Movie Maker.

What do you think? Should that have been discontinued? And can anyone suggest the alternative of Windows Movie Maker?
