Windows 10 live mail tried to add windows live email to my group of email addresses but I get this message: "Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems or a long period of inactivity"  How do I solve this problem? I don't seem to have any problems with any other account just live.com

I'd appreciate any ideas you have. Thanks a bunch.

I do not have this problem with my other computer or my iPhone or ipad or any of my other devices.
