windows 10 on my laptop.

Additional info: I have sbcglobal.net mail to download in WLM 12. It is yahoo mail. I contacted ATT rep twice. we changed properties and then password. It worked only few hours. IS THERE ANY BRILLIANT MEN WHO CAN FIX THE PROBLEM?? HELP!!!
