I often cannot send emails, both on my new Windows 10 and former 7 laptops; error msg is :
An unknown error has occurred.
Server: 'smtp.verizon.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8007007A
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 465
Secure(SSL): Yes
And often when I open Windows live mail, I get a publishing album notice but can access my inbox (but not send emails). I am not trying to send any photos. And I have updated my Ports to the required Verizon ones of 465 and 995. From the answers I have seen, none have addressed Verizon servers. Hope someone has answers. Thanks
