Since upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1... My Windows Live Mail produces this message everytime

I try to send out.  I must say yes every time.  It is getting frustrating.

"The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that could not be verified.

The  Certificate's CN name does not match the passed value.

Do you want to continue using this server."

I contacted my provider and they told me it was in the Windows Live Program, that I would have to contact them... Could you please inform me of how to repair this problem.

I have already done the delete and reload.
