Message of a person is showing by the other person’s name who has same name

I got a bug in hotmail chat connected with gmail and facebook. I have connected my hotmail with gamil and facebook so that I can chat with my friends on both messengers.
One of my friend has name gaurav gupta on gmail, when he messaged me  then on hotmail it is showing me like messaged by other friend who has same name on facebook.
it is very strange. both are same names but have different username.

this persona has name gaurav gupta and it is added on my facebook. but one of my friend on gmail message me that is not showing in hotmail online users, and message showing me by first gaurav that is not feasible.
Can you please give me the some feedback related to this problem.

Members are not removed from an email group, once they are deleted

I was asked to post this as a new thread rather than replying to ALL the ongoing threads concerning the same issue.  This has been an ongoing issue since the switchover from hotmail to outlook.com.  It has not been addressed by microsoft or the outlook team.  By the way outlook stinks and you have continued to make it more inconvenient for users, as you have removed "popular  and convenient features."  I have sent feedback but to no avail.  Now to the problem at hand.  I am having this same issue with more than one group.  I have removed some members from groups that I created in hotmail.  They are not removed.  They do not show up in the group member list, nor in the group email list when expanded in the "to" address bar.  But once the email is sent and I check the recipients in the sent email and they are listed as receiving the email.  I sent screenshots to a moderator, who never responded.  I will not rebuild my group lists, as one moderator suggested.  The problem is still ongoing, I sent an email today, and those that I removed MONTHS ago are still on the recipients' list.

unable to access hotmail account after password reset – link not working

I have had numerous problems with this account since my son linked his Xbox account to my hotmail account.
He was getting password error messages and so changed the password not realising that this was linked to my hotmail account.  I was then logging onto my hotmail account and getting a password error message.
I duly filled in the relevant forms on the hotmail page and provided an alternative email address (which i created with Yahoo).  I received a message in said email account with a link to allow me to reset my password for my original email address. 
However this link has not worked from 5.30am this morning to current time!!!
I have spoken to the helpdesk who despite making me return calls to them three times then advised me that as I was not paying for the hotmail account that they could not help! (I wasn't asked this in the first place!)
I have tried every area that i have been directed to including www.answers.microsoft.com and www.account.live.com/acsr - all to no avail!
PLEASE CAN ANYBODY HELP ME TO RECOVER ME EMAIL?
(IT IS NOW SAYING THAT THIS EMAIL DOES NOT EXIST)
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

After cropping a picture how do I save the new version?

When cropping a picture in photo gallery, after cropping, how do you save the new crop? I can not find anywhere to do this. I see a little check mark at the bottom, but after checking,  it does not save the new picture in the respective folder.

My email was hacked and she is using it as her facebook email. People that I send messages to are seing her facebook picture in my email instead of my profile picture. I changed my password already but I am concern that she may be stealing personal info.I want to sent the info I gather to microsoft, please help.

You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account).

Hi There,

I currently own the domain mdretail.in .It would be greatly appreciated if you could increase my account limit to a 150. We are a relatively small and new company and we would love to use outlook as our email solutions.

Could someone look at & respond to the hotmail.com aspect of this thread
for me please.
If it would be easier if it were moved temporarily to MOS, feel free.
N.B. problem appears to be device independent, including on PC.
