Hi,

I've created a IMAP account for Gmail in MS outlook and wish to use the same with the following customisation:

1. Map the send and delivery to a specific PST file (rather than the most recent auto-generated one)

2. Move/ copy or create a fresh set of Contacts, journal, claendar, tasks, feeds and all supplementary folders/ features associated with MS outlook to this Gmail account. 

3. On the navigation pane, set/ move the Gmail PST as the primary folder list

4. Close the default Outlook PST file after completing the above.

I tried the existing help feature in MS outlook, however, some of these have not been addressed.

Could you please help with the above.

made 2 new hotmails logged off tried to log back in says the user account dosent exist tried to recreate using same name and says the username is already taken how do i fix so i can create new facebook and hav alt emails for my buisness

Every time I sign into my Hotmail account my screen goes blank. I have emptied caches, history, everything but nothing.

Please resolve issue, I have very unhelpful feedback so far. If I don't receive any positive feedback then I will be moving to a new email host. 
When using outlook on my home laptop I am only receiving some of my email, when I hit "send and receive all" it comes up with RSS feeds errors, when I log onto the internet and go to my hotmail login the emails are there in my inbox but they do not show up in outlook??? Sometimes they do and sometimes not, I have windows 7 home premium and outlook 2007, many times the emails will go to my work computer or my old cell phone but not my outlook?


I am using Windows Live Mail, I have it synced to my gmail account.  I want to see who I sent a BCC to, but it just comes up as undisclosed recipients.  Is there a way to see the list that I have emailed in the BCC field?  It's very frustrating as I used to be able to see the BCC in my sent folder but it just comes up as undisclosed recipients.....Thanks for any help.....

I was sent here by Microsoft and told I would get help I made my xbox account around 8 years ago and had to go online and fill out a scr form and the secondary email it sends the verifyication to is no longer active and when it took me to a survey instead it said I didn't have enough information and had to try again in 24 hours but I wont have anymore information than I do now in 24 hours is there any other way to fix this????

Hello,

I have two emails one of them hosted on my domain and on my server and the other is @msn.com.
I forward messages from my server to @msn.com email and all was fine, but after latest outlook.com outage the outlook started to ignore too many messages, i've tried to forward to GMAIL and all messages got forwarded normally.

I've tried to forward to GMAIL and from GMAIL to Outlook, but outlook still ignoring messages also from GMAIL.

There is no error messages or feedback from Outlook, it's just ignoring them.

Is there any way to fix this or i must leave the service?

I have had a Hotmail account for almost 10 years, and during that time I experienced no problems. Ever since Hotmail switched over to Outlook, my account has been hacked twice. The second hacking happened today, and as a result I want to deactivate my Hotmail account completely. I was unable to do so online, so I tried calling the Help center. The manager at the help center that I spoke to was not helpful at all, and informed me that I would be charged a $99.99 service fee in order to deactivate my free Hotmail account. I am a student paying my way through university, and I find it completely appalling that a company as large and successful as Microsoft could expect such a ridiculous fee for a simple service.  The hacker spammed my entire contact list, including important work related contacts who will be extremely inconvenienced by the spam. It's extremely embarrassing and inconvenience and I just want the account deleted. I would appreciate any feedback or help.

I have two email accounts for my business hotmail.co.uk and hotmail.com and keep them separate for different usage. the hotmail.co.uk has picked up an animated gif as the profile picture it is the same gif from my twitter account but I did not set it as the profile picture, however I like it and would like to have it on the hotmail.com too so I have uploaded it as a profile picture but it is not animated and only showes the first frame.

 

Please tell me how I can  have an animated GIF as a profile picture.  Thank you.
