The quotation marks WLM displays in my outgoing Unicode messages are smart (directional) quotation marks, and that would be fine, except that the direction is very often wrong (beginning marks are displayed as ending, or vice versa). Ordinary dumb quotation marks would be fine. How can I correct this persistent WLM error?
