Dear Comunity, 

I have had my account blocked for some reason and I must reset my password.  Unfortunately, the accout was created in 2002 (more or less) and I cannot remember any of the questions they ask to recover my account. 

Therefore I am stuck where it asks my name, previous passwords and people I have been writing to.  I really need help, because all my registrations to thing (telephone, facebook, games, ect...) are linked to that e-mail account. 

I do not have any credit card registered (it asks that question) because I do not use those services.

I have browsed trought all the FAQ and guides and they all link me to the "password recovery" page.

I there a way to contact by phone somebody form Microsoft to solve my issue?
