just installed norton, from comcast on  my XP and now I can't open my emails. I've received emails, they are listed with a red flag in front of them and the little box in front of the title is missing.  I believe a setting was changed when the Norton was installed can anyone direct me to were I might look for a setting that is preventing me from opening my email.
