I purchased Office of Mac 2011 last year when and had no problem activating the word and excel with my product key but did not get around to activating Outlook. I have just tried to activate outlook using my product key but it now says it is not valid. I bought the program on disc and it is not just a subscription. Why isn't my product key now valid?
