I'm looking for an easy-to-use jpeg photo editor as a replacement for "Picture Gallery" or "Picture It" which I've been using for over 10+ years.  I've got 10's of thousands of pics & videos that I've edited, cropped, or modified for a variety of applications, websites, and Office documents over that time, so any new program must be able to access and edit these earlier pics.  I'm using Windows 10 and Office 2010 right now, but will be upgrading to Office 2019 or MS 365 soon.  Does anyone have any recommendations?
