I have spent two days trying to work round various issues arising from transferring my e-maila to my new W10 computer from my old W7 computer. All I wanted to do was copy everything from my WLM programme onto a suitable prog on the new machine. I tried various different ways to do this. Everything I tried resulted in some sort of error problem, inc MAPI problems, Outlook wouldn't work, Windows Mail won't import anything, and numerous other issues. One thing I tried that looked promising was I paid for a prog to convert the WLM files into .pct files to enable import to Outlook. That seemed to work a treat but when I looked at it all on Outlook there were only about 5% of the e-mails there should've been. Their helpdesk were no use at all. Back to the drawing board.

Finally I found a download file for WLM that would actually download onto the new W10 machine and work without crashing 5 seconds from starting up. I have managed to save (export) my e-mails and crucially folders onto a USB stick and copied them onto the W10 machine. I have successfully imported them into the now working WLM prog. The problem is that they're in a storage folder and I want to move these sub-folders into the "new" inbox area so I have access to all my e-mails where I would normally expect to find them. How do I do this?

Also the W10 WLM prog is now downloading thousands of e-mails from the server. Do I wait til it's finished and then delete them all as I still have all of them from earlier today in the storage folder area? Thanks in advance for any help.

I understand that the Win 10 v2004 Feature Update "broke" the ability to use WLM 2011 or 2012 on Win 10 and that the support-volunteer-supplied fix required several tech-savvy steps in order to restore WLM use.  I see the same theme with Win10 users who want to continue to play the simple MS games that were bundled with Win7.  They go through a support-volunteer-supplied install process to put the Win7 games on Win10, then the next Win10 feature update breaks the ability to access the games, then they go through the same game install again, then the next Win10 feature update breaks it again, etc, etc...  What is the likelihood that folks using WLM 2011 or 2012 on Win 10 are going to face this same ongoing break/fix scenario with future Win10 feature updates?

Hello,

So I am having real problems as a consequence of recent Windows 10 updates. Windows Live Mail, Word and Final Draft all are malfunctioning. Aside from internet browsing, these are the three programs I use all day every day in my professional life.

Let's start with Live Mail. So, I could not open emails after the last update. I contacted my domain manager, who suggested I try these steps.

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/all/error-message-message-could-not-be-displayed-wlm/fde30aab-cdd5-491e-9d0b-846cf78b509b

I did so, and am now locked out of Windows Live Mail altogether. When I try to open it, I get an error message, which says my program is currently being used by a virus scanner or some such. Error 0x800C0155

I do hope you can provide some useful advice soon.

Sincerely,

Scott

First i thought it would be the printer, so i ran a cleaning printhead job, and did a testpages. everthing looked normal. But when i print the same photo with the standard printing software from windows or photoviewer the photo was printed again with yellowish shade. just out of curiousity i tryed the same photo in paint and GIMP , and the colours are accurate.

I'm testing out Windows Mail and Calendar as a way to sync my Google Calendar with the desktop. Every time I go to send a calendar invite if it does go through at all it takes 30 minutes to send.  Is there a way to adjust how often messages are sent and received?

Only thing I can find on my Windows 10 is how to set them to be received as soon as they come in. How do I say to send mail immediately as well or at a specific interval?

well what happens is that after i download the utorrent or bitorrent in my pc. when i try to click the setup for those two they load a little bit then nothing happens, its not opening or responding after i click the  setup for them. I search for the internet. but none of them works tho. pls help me in this problem, i also saw people in youtube tutorials that they're having the same issues as me. please help me and thank you for the response in my issue thank you.
