Question about Outlook Express

My bell email account is no longer working in Windows Live Messenger. I have been speaking with Bell support staff technicians and they indicated that I need to correct the problem through Windows support. My version of Windows Live Messenger is Version 2012. My operating system is Windows 10. The error message I get indicates that my messages cannot be opened. I also cannot send any messages or reply to messages.

Also, my bell account password has changed from the initial set-up in Windows.

I am a user of Window Live Mail. As of yesterday I cannot open mail to read out and cannot mail out. I get a message on the screen " Windows Live Mail encountered problems while displaying this message, check for low memory or low disk space" I did that memory it ok. But I still have the problem.

I got two $2.99 charges to my credit card, one on July 13 and another on October 13. It seems like a quarterly charge for some service which I subscribed but forgot. This charge's description on statement is: Microsoft*Start packing amsbill.info WA

I called the bank issuing that card and they cannot provide more detail. They put it on dispute after the call.

I also tried to call Microsoft and have no luck on that end either.

I googled the issue and found no exact case as mine.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Will MS contact me if I cancelled my credit card. Or MS will simply send it to collection?

window keeps asking for my imap password.  Microsoft has fixed it TWICE!

I dont know if related, but happened after I purchased 365

 i remember when windows 10 used to have a option to go back to windows 7 (or windows 8 or 8.1 mostly 7)

currently i have windows 10 build 1903 and os build 18362.1139

plus windows 7 is cool and i cant find any download or os download

(plus plus im broke and my pc dont have a disk drive i have a lap top)

please make it so you can do it again

(PS: my pc came with windows 10 so does that mean i cant downgrade)
