My bell email account is no longer working in Windows Live Messenger. I have been speaking with Bell support staff technicians and they indicated that I need to correct the problem through Windows support. My version of Windows Live Messenger is Version 2012. My operating system is Windows 10. The error message I get indicates that my messages cannot be opened. I also cannot send any messages or reply to messages.

Also, my bell account password has changed from the initial set-up in Windows.
