Question about Outlook Express

I use the  Microsoft Live Mail

Lately, when I try to send a photo using the  (*.jpg) as an attachment, the mail is sent but it receives with this message:

"Prohibited type

This message contains an attachment whose file type is considered dangerous

This file was deactivated"

But the file is a standard jpg photo !

I have someone accessing my computer that I purchased from a pawn shop. I believe it is the same person who sold it to the pawnshop, this is all the information I have I believe below this line

Can somebody tell me how to delete parts or cells from my movie in WMM?  When I click and then hit "remove" it removes the whole thing!

Windows Live on my Dell laptop with Windows 10 can receive Yahoo emails but will not send - always gives smpt error. It can send mail from other mail accounts though (like gmail).

Outlook 2019 with the same imap/smtp settings as in Windows Live sends with no problem. I tried setting app-specific password for Yahoo- still does not work. Windows Live with the same smtp settings on my older Windows 7 sends Yahoo mail with no problem.

So, it seems, the smtp issue with Windows Live is only on Windows 10 and only with Yahoo mail. I do realize, MSFT no longer supports windows live, but hope someone could still provide some insights.

I know my email address and password for my hotmail email address but cannot login.    Everytime I try the system detects unusual activity and forces me to provide way more information then should be necessary to regain access to my account.   I originally setup the email like 20 years ago for the purpose of having an email address to use when I wasn't sure if I'd be spammed to the third party asking for it.   Therefore I put as little accurate/random information in order to protect my identity (in case the hotmail account got hacked).  Back then security was way way more relaxed then it is now.   The system changed without my permission to one of excessive security before I could change the backup email address to one I still have access to.   Back then security rested on the secret question and answer (which I still remember) which should be more then enough to regain access but the automated system always rejects my over 9 attempts over the years.

 The form that comes up insists that I put in a birth date when I picked something at random on purpose when I set it up (to protect my identity) therefore I don't know what it is.  I do have the answer to my secret question.   Can someone clear the "usual activity" flag so the email password and secret question answer is good enough to login again?   

It's been awhile since I did this but I am having to reload all my videos to Youtube from WMM.  When I click on the Youtube icon, and fill out the name and password to get to Youtube, it will not except my information.  Any suggestions for me?

I have 2 different WMM's and can't get either one of them to publish.
