Question about Outlook Express

I have lost 2 folders that I very much need from the storage area of Windows Live Mail. I'm using version 10 of Windows and this is the 2nd time in about 3 years this has happened.

I've tried going to view/highlighting storage folders and nothing.

I've tried mousing over the arrow to the left of the storage area and nothing.

I've tried following the directions to find the hidden folders without any results

I need help.....

I’m using Windows Live Mail 2012 for years with Windows 10 and it always work without any problem. Suddenly, on a PC I received the above message and I had no possibilities to send any message while the reception is working properly. I first reinstall Windows Live without success, the same problem. Then I moved my Mail directory to another PC which has the same configuration and everything worked without any problem. So I can suppose that there is no corruption in my Mail database.

What can I do to solve that problem?

why am i getting duplicates of emails on my live account?

i have an email account that im trying to access but it keeps saying it no longer exists and i need to access it as it has imporant information i require

I have recently got a new Dell laptop.  I installed Windows Live Mail.  It worked for a week then I got the error "Connection to the server has failed".

I inspected the setting for the outgoing server and it was correct, but I re-entered the same setting.  It worked for a few emails then the same error.

I have re-installed WLM.  Same results.

I have opened a new account in WLM.  Same results.

It seems as if some program is interfering with the outgoing server address.

Does anyone have any ideas what is happening, and/or a solution?

My windows live account was hacked in Oct of 2020...i have tried everything I could..i get no help...i was told I had successfully changed my password and could use my account on Jan 1...it does not work after waiting over a month..i am getting no help...microsoft does not care that my life is ruined

I got a new computer and need to move my emails and contacts from old computer running windows live 12 to new computer running outlook. Please help?
