StaffHub - Do new member StaffHub invites get sent out via email or only via text message?
When I send an invitation without a phone number, hoping it is going to send an email invite, nothing happens (the new member does not receive an email). Can someone please tell me if the invite can come to the new member via email or is it limited to text message only?

I've been making videos with Movie Maker for months, and it's been working fine until today. I finished editing a video and published it to my computer, but it refused to play. No matter what I did, it refuses to playback, even though I did everything the same as I always have, and I haven't downloaded anything new to my computer.
I have Windows 8.1, and a Dell Inspiron 15 if that helps.
Use it with Gmail a/c. - System terminated as laptop unexpectedly ran out of power, had just started Windows Live at the time. On reboot all my email missing - Gmail a/c gone. Reset it up and was downloading mail until it got to folders with large amount of emails i.e. Read, All Mail, Sent, Trash - it then terminates the downloading process. ......
Unable to send or receive messages for the Gmail (username) account. Header download for the 'Read' folder did not complete. Could not download new messages from the IMAP server.
Server Response: The server did not respond to this IMAP command before the connection was terminated.

Works if I remove synchronization from the folders but then my mail is no longer accessible offline for those folders.

My old profile picture still appear when I do some live chat with customer support on websites. Typically they will ask for name & e-mail address before the chat start, and I submit my hotmail e-mail address when it happens.
The old profile picture also appear sometimes when I leave comment on online pages (not social media).
Can anyone explain why it keeps happening? And how to remove or update with my current profile picture?
Note :
1. On outlook account, profile picture already updated successfully.
2. I don’t link my outlook account with any other third party or social media. Already check third party detail on outlook account & it says no third party linked.

I am trying to create a senior class video for an upcoming graduation in Windows Movie Maker PRO. I purchased and downloaded this app, and have had very little problems using it. However, once I saved the movie, and tried to open it again, it only shows three image clips and fifteen seconds of a video that was previously almost fifteen minutes long. A similar issue occurred yesterday, and it resolved itself without my intervention, so I know that the full video is saved, or at least more than the three images it is showing me. I need help recovering the video that is there. This cannot happen before graduation either, so any tips for preventing this issue?
Help. Every time I try an open a JPeg or PING file with Photos app, I get the error code:
File System error (-2147219196)
Can't find any answers to this. I have tried resetting, troubleshooting as the App store says and nada.
HELP!
