My old profile picture still appear when I do some live chat with customer support on websites. Typically they will ask for name & e-mail address before the chat start, and I submit my hotmail e-mail address when it happens.

The old profile picture also appear sometimes when I leave comment on online pages (not social media).

Can anyone explain why it keeps happening? And how to remove or update with my current profile picture?

Note :

1. On outlook account, profile picture already updated successfully.

2. I don’t link my outlook account with any other third party or social media. Already check third party detail on outlook account & it says no third party linked.
