Question about Outlook Express

I have been using Windows Live Mail for a while under Windows 10.  During the week-end, something has changed.  The messages don't show up has they used to.  They rather appear as an attached .txt file or as a web lien that I can't access.  It happened after I have received and opened a .gif animated file from an Apple phone user.  Any clue as to how I could get back to my usual e-mail format.

I activated a email account yesterday on a Toshiba laptop Windows version 7 and sent a couple of test emails which were sent and then received. Later the same day I tried to send an email and was getting a message that the system was synching and to wait a few minuets.

This never resolved itself and I am getting the error message shown below NOTE: I have substituted my name for xxxxx.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Outlook (xxxxxx) account.  Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80072EFF

I checked and adjusted the time and date and time zone as suggested in an online post but still cant send or receive emails and getting the same error message. Regards

I have made a special movie in Movie Maker and have saved it for IPad, !Phone, Android Users, and Email.  However, neither can I email it, download it in Google Drive, Microsoft Edge, or Publish it.  When I attempt to do so I received the message:  "The following problem occurred in your movie: (0x80048881),  This is my first time using Movie Maker and the only reason I decided to use rather than the software program I usually use is because it indicated that movies can be emailed, etc.  I have spent a few days creating the movie and now cannot share it.  Thus, if anyone has knowledge of the problem and knows how to resolve it. please let me know.  Kind regards!
