I activated a email account yesterday on a Toshiba laptop Windows version 7 and sent a couple of test emails which were sent and then received. Later the same day I tried to send an email and was getting a message that the system was synching and to wait a few minuets.

This never resolved itself and I am getting the error message shown below NOTE: I have substituted my name for xxxxx.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Outlook (xxxxxx) account.  Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80072EFF

I checked and adjusted the time and date and time zone as suggested in an online post but still cant send or receive emails and getting the same error message. Regards
