Question about Outlook Express

I am using Windows Live Mail 2011

I opened the program and old already deleted emails from 2014 and older start loading again more than 1000 of them.  I clicked stop but every time I open the program it starts loading old emails again.  How can I fix this?

On my Asus Laptop

I use Google Chrome 

Hotlook Mail

All Folders Open but Junk Mail that has 18 items showing

It blurs, double up and has a small box that says Delete.OK in the middle of the screen, which neither works.

I have to refresh the screen in order to get back to the mail

I look at it from the cell phone, it has 1 item showing

I cannot get my emails

When I bring up Movie Maker, it seems 2 copies of the screen is displayed.  I have no problem of using MM before. Please help.  See screen print:
