Hello, appreciated help in this, when I try to play movie marker to see how the project is going, the screen remains black and the videos are not heard.
when i open Microsoft publisher in error, it gave me 3 options. i choose repair error. but it still will not open to the page.

I have on a few occasions had large numbers of old emails flooding my inbox. Annoying as this is it can be sorted with a few hours of time.
What is totally frustrating is the accompanying loss of email folders.. in my case important medical emails and travel information. I am not technically smart so is there any way these folders can be recovered simply or do I have to pay professionals to sort it out.??? and why does this keep recurring every few months ???

I have a weird problem. Have been using outlook for years for business mainly e-mails. Just recently all my sent e-mails from 2017 & previous, right back to 2011 have ended up in my deleted folder. My 2018/19 sent e-mails are still in the (correct) sent
folder as per normal. When I try & restore them to the sent folder they just keep returning to the deleted folder??? Have tried numerous things, nothing seems to work.....has me stumped! Can you please assist?

I'm currently experiencing difficulties in sending emails via Windows Live Mail (2012 version) on a Widows 7 platform. The email is transferred to my Outbox... but just sits there!!! My internet/mail provider is TalkTalk.
The error message is as follows:
An unknown error has occurred.
